Scruffy to Fluffy was founded with one goal in mind: to give Louisville pet owners a better, more personal grooming experience. Traditional salons can be overwhelming for dogs, with unfamiliar smells, other animals, and long waits in cages. We knew there was a better way.

Meet Cassie, Your Scruffy to Fluffy Groomer
Behind Scruffy to Fluffy is Cassie, a lifelong animal lover with more than 20+ years of hands-on experience in the pet industry. For Cassie, grooming has never just been a job. It’s a calling she’s been working toward since she was a teenager.
Her career began assisting veterinarians at a local clinic, where she developed a deep understanding of animal anatomy and care. From there, she moved into pet retail, learning about nutrition and proper care for a wide range of animals, before entering a professional grooming academy.
After five years of building her skills, Cassie joined an award-winning grooming salon where she took every opportunity to expand her expertise, attending classes, seminars, and continuing education programs that she still pursues to this day. That commitment to learning is what sets Scruffy to Fluffy apart.
Cassie is the only one I trust to groom my sweet Mojo. It is easy to see that she loves the animals she works with, and Mojo can tell too! Cassie is very detail oriented and in tune to Mojo's needs. She knows exactly how I like him to be cut and he always comes home happy, healthy, and looking great.
