I cannot speak highly enough of Cassie. I have a 13 year old female Sheltie who has been anxious her entire life. As she has aged, Cassie has tenderly taken care of her, gently considering her physical pains and her emotional apprehension. Although she isn't found of going to get groomed, I can tell by her demeanor after, that she feels really good. Scheduling is easy and Cassie is always on time.

I might have the most loving pets on the planet ... except when it comes time for us to trim their claws, that is!  When we tackled this dreaded task ourselves, it was a two-person job (complete with a muzzle), but Cassie's ability to handle animals professionally with a 'kind but firm' approach takes the stress off us all!
